Own full vertical features across our React Router v7 and InstantDB stack. You will build real-time collaboration engines, event check-in workflows, and high-performance financial ledgers.
- Architect and implement real-time features using InstantDB entities, links, and transactions.
- Craft accessible, responsive UI components conforming to the Univio V2 design system.
- Work directly with student executive boards to gather immediate feedback and iterate weekly.
- Strong command of TypeScript, modern React hooks, and asynchronous patterns.
- Experience with relational or real-time graph databases and client-side caching.
- A passion for product polish, keyboard navigation, and millisecond query speeds.
Product Designer & Design Systems Lead
Define the visual identity, typography, and interactive language of Univio. You will expand our Stitch design tokens and create effortless workflows for complex student operations.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces for club recruitment, budget queues, and chat.
- Maintain and evolve our design system tokens in CSS and Figma.
- Conduct usability tests with collegiate leaders to turn complex admin tasks into simple gestures.
- A portfolio demonstrating mastery in web typography, editorial layouts, and micro-interactions.
- Fluency with CSS variables, responsive design, and accessible design patterns.
- Deep understanding of the organizational struggles student clubs experience.
Campus Growth & Operations Fellow
Lead the deployment of Univio across premier university campuses. Partner with student government associations, engineering councils, and Greek leadership to onboard their organizations.
- Identify and build relationships with high-impact student organizations and campus councils.
- Lead executive board onboarding sessions and facilitate smooth leadership handoffs.
- Translate student leader requests into prioritized roadmap insights for engineering.
- Current or recent executive officer experience in a collegiate organization.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- High agency, proactive problem solving, and a wide campus network.
Frontend Craft Engineer
Obsess over the tactile details of our web application. Optimize bundle sizes, craft smooth framer-motion animations, and ensure fluid performance on mobile browsers.
- Build bespoke interactive components, modals, and data visualizers with zero jank.
- Optimize SSR hydration performance and service worker offline caching.
- Champion WCAG AA accessibility across every interactive surface.
